You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service:

3.2 Account Security

4. Service Limitations and Usage

4.1 Rate Limits

Your account is subject to message limits based on your subscription plan:

• Starter Plan: 5000 messages per Month, 100 groups
• Professional Plan: 10000 messages per Month, 200 groups
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited messages and 500 groups

4.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial, your account will be automatically billed unless canceled.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MessageFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the messages and files you send through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

7.2 Data Storage

We do not permanently store your messages. Messages and files are processed in real-time and not retained on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver them.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Messages will be delivered successfully 100% of the time

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MessageFlow SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MessageFlow from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
